Termin vereinbaren (engl. make an appointment)

Die folgende Übersicht enthält beispielhafte Bausteine zur Führung eines kaufmännischen Telefongesprächs mit dem Ziel, einen Termin zu vereinbaren. Pro Zeile sind Bausteine für den Anrufer (engl. caller) und Angerufenen (engl. callee), durch grauen Zeilenhintergrund gekennzeichnet, angegeben. Die einzelnen Schritte sind nummeriert. Die Bausteine geben Anreize und müssen nicht alle zwangsläufig und in dieser Reihenfolge verwendet werden.
